We had a great time here! The surprise Christmas buffet blew us away. it was beautifully done with tasty food and complimentary wine. The free-flowing cocoa drinks were a hit with our kids! We were also impressed by how the hotel helped us find our missing luggage. Definitely coming back!

Impressive cleanliness, attentive staff, the twin room is just right for two with a ledge for personal items, and the hotel offers convenient amenities like 24-hour reception and complimentary drinks, all while being a short 10-minute walk from the nearest station.

It was just a fitting option for an overnight stop in Osaka with fantastic value for money. The hotel had a nice coffee machine in the lobby, which was a great perk for a quick caffeine fix. Just be aware it can be a bit of a walk to the nearest train station.

We spent 3 nights in a comfy room and really enjoyed the easy access to nearby restaurants and the cleanliness of the space. The sauna and public bath were perfect for winding down after a long day. One small downside was the limited space for trash, but overall, it didn’t spoil our stay at all. 😊

Enjoyed our stay in a connecting room that suited our family's needs perfectly. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff impressed us with their friendliness. The convenience store on-site was helpful, but it could use a bit more space. Overall, a pleasant experience away from the city's hustle.

The location near Shin-Osaka station is fantastic. Getting around the city and even to Tokyo was a breeze. The room I stayed in was clean and equipped with a washing machine and dryer, quite handy. The view from the 23rd floor was lovely too. Breakfast spread was solid but got a bit monotonous after a few days. The free drink station was a nice touch, though it only opens from 2 PM to 10 PM. I found the air conditioning to be a bit too warm, not going below 22°C, which was uncomfortable at times. The public bath looked a bit tired, and I wish there were more comfortable seating in the lobby to relax. However, the staff were friendly and always helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Super close to Shin Osaka Station, just a 5 to 7 min walk. Room was spacious and had great amenities like a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and air conditioning. Breakfast had lots of options. Staff was friendly and spoke good English, making things easy. They even held our luggage before check-in and after checkout, which was super helpful.

During my three-night stay, I loved the easy access to Eki Marche Shin-Osaka for grabbing quick snacks and the peaceful vibe of Hinode Park, perfect for a scenic stroll after a busy day exploring the city. I also appreciated the friendly staff and the well-diversified breakfast buffet that really fueled my adventures each morning.

The room was super clean and stylish. Loved the comfortable beds and modern vibe. The amenities were spot on too and having a good breakfast each day was a nice touch. However, finding the hotel was a bit tricky because of the big station. Overall, it was a pretty comfy stay!
